Kirk R. Adams — Principal Founder, Co-President
Prior to the formation of The ADASON GROUP™, Mr. Adams was a private consultant, focusing most of his time on the creation, marketing and sales of state-of-the-art pharmaceutical products. 

Mr. Adams’ business acumen extends into international markets where he has been directly involved in international product expansion.  He also managed public relations and development work in foreign locations, including two years as a church service volunteer in Germany, where he managed the work of more than 125 representatives. He speaks fluent German.

His background and experience also extends into the airline industry, where he worked as the Manager of Employee Relations for Delta Air Lines.  There he gained a thorough knowledge of the airline industry and represented the In-Flight Service employees as a corporate liaison to executive management. He teamed with Allison Johnson, the other principal in The ADASON GROUP™, in the development of Delta’s first employee relations program, enhanced leadership training, and created a structure for the review of corporate initiatives prior to their implementation.

Along with Mrs. Johnson, Mr. Adams established a nationwide team of managers who reported daily issues and concerns of the more than 18,000 flight attendants. Their team consistently ensured the smooth implementation and communication of corporate programs and strategies to employees across the country. 

Before his work with Delta, Mr. Adams worked for K&G Management, where he consulted troubled businesses utilizing training initiatives to stimulate success for the management teams.
 
Mr. Adams attended the University of Oregon where he graduated with Honors, earning two baccalaureate degrees in Psychology and German Literature and holds the Kiwanis’ "Hope of America" Award.  He currently resides just outside of Atlanta in Smyrna, Georgia.
